Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

• Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–6 business days PAN India.

• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges will apply at checkout.

• Currently, we do not offer free shipping or cash on delivery (COD).

Shipping Area

• At present, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available.

Order Tracking

• Customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

Delays & Issues

• Vairunya is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

• In case of a failed delivery, the package will be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
